This course is designed for certified BASE auditors and individuals who have completed BASE auditor training January 2013 - April 2015.
Successful completion of this course will qualify the participant to conduct audits using the BASE 4 audit tool.
If you want to conduct a BASE 4 Audit, this training course is mandatory if your original auditor training covered BASE 3.
Goals & Objectives
Participants must be certified BASE internal or external auditors who have performed two audits within the past three years or individuals who have completed BASE auditor training within the past three years.
One day: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Coffee and lunch are provided.
Activities include lectures, class discussions, and training in the BASE 4 audit tool.
WorkSafeBC Certificate of Recognition Standards and Guidelines requires COR auditors to maintain the quality and currency of their skill set and knowledge base. Approved COR program auditors are required to keep current on auditing quality standards and audit instrument use, and they are expected to pursue opportunities to improve and maintain their auditing skills. There is no charge for this course. The cost for instruction and materials was incorporated into your original BASE auditor training.
