Safety Alert
Inside the Digester, some scaffolding came loose. The trades in the area evacuated for safety.
Upon inspection by the scaffolding company’s safety personnel and the Digester foreperson. they found a 42-inch adjustable hanging bracket had dislodged from the standard rosette and
ledger head, leaving the ledger and decks unsupported. There were no other scaffold components found below, but some cords, hoses and tools were found wrapped around scaffold parts.
