Log Truck Driver – Twisted Knee Lost Time
A log truck driver was making a delivery to the mill. Conditions were very slippery, and drivers were instructed to wear ice cleats. While at the wrapping station, the worker’s ice cleats became stuck on the metal grate walkway. When the worker turned around, their foot remained stuck despite his forward momentum, which caused him to twist and pull his knee.
