Safety Alert
During a shop clean-up, a worker tossed a pallet into the garbage bin located next to the fiberglass shop. The pallet landed on a 20ft long ½” x ¼” flat-bar that had previously been coiled
up in the bin by another worker. The flat bar sprung out of the bin upon impact with the pallet and hit the worker in the mouth/face (upper lip).
