This in-person training course enhances Supervisor and Manager leadership and communication skills in the workplace. Participants gain valuable insights into their own personal workplace “style” while learning how their personal strengths and weaknesses influence the workers they oversee.
This course is available in English only. Participants will receive a record of completion.

Additional Information
Prior to attending the in-person course, participants will be required to complete a brief web-based personalized “Everything DiSC Workplace Profile” that will:
- Reveal their DiSC leadership style which identifies how they interact with others and how they organize their workload.
- Provide an overview of other DiSC styles, how people react to each style, and strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Offer tips and suggestions for improving working relationships with everyone inside and outside of the company or organization with which participants are employed.
