Falling Supervisor Training

The BC Forest Safety Council’s Falling Supervisor training course is for Falling Supervisors and for individuals who oversee falling activities. Ideal participants have an understanding of falling hazards and the means to overcome them. Falling experience is recommended, but not required. Participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of a falling supervisor, and will become familiar with the key documents used by a falling supervisor. Duration
The Falling Supervisor training course spans five days, including one field day in a forestry setting. Coffee, lunch and snacks are provided each day.

Cost
Total cost for instruction and materials is $1,470.00 (includes 5% GST).

Enrollment
Submit a completed enrollment form and course fee.

NOTE: Session enrollment may be capped. It is recommended you register early to secure your seat.

What do I need to bring with me?
Weather-appropriate clothing, caulk boots, hardhat, hi-vis, tape measure, and a thermos.
