While being reloaded in the cut block (at approximately three-quarters full), the tripping stake cable bell for the truck bunk broke, dumping the load of logs.

Close examination of the cable bell showed flaws such as rust and cavities at the break.

This incident occurred to a 2012 truck & trailer unit that had only been tripping loads for a few days.
