⁽¹⁾“Forest Industry Organization” means any firm, corporation, agency, governmental authority, society, other person, whether incorporated or unincorporated, which, as its primary purpose, participates in, regulates or provides services to the British Columbia forest industry; including forest sector companies that financially contribute to a classification unit(s) that support the BC Forest Safety Council activities;
